We’ve let malt, hops and root ginger mingle to make Ginger Hare a full-bodied beer with a lovely lingering spiciness.
Ginger Hare (3.9% vol) is an ale to be reckoned with. We brew it using a traditional fermentation process and a measured mix of root ginger, Goldings hops and floor-malted Maris Otter barley. Ginger Hare contains wheat and barley malt.
Availability: All year round.
Goes well with lamb, barbecued meats and Asian dishes such as sushi, Thai curries or Chinese steamed fish.
