Colorado, our American red ale, is the latest brew to join the Bath Ales seasonal line-up.
A deep red, full-bodied beer, Colorado (4.4%) runs as wild with hops as it does with malt, where a trio of American hops combine to give it a citrus and floral punch.
With a great bitter-sweet balance, Colorado is a great accompaniment for rich, meaty dishes such as pies, stews and sticky ribs.
Colorado is available in cask throughout January and February, whilst stocks last.
