Colston Hall Presents Junun
Meaning “mania”, or “the madness of love”, Junun is a collaborative recording project between Israeli composer Shye Ben Tzur and The Rajasthan Express, a group of devotional Sufi Indian qawwal musicians who will bring Tzur’s compositions alive in this remarkable performance. Expect a stunningly visceral junction of voices and hands, melodies and rhythms.
