Prophecy: Our pale ale is making headlines

Who could have predicted it? Prophecy, our new world pale ale, has an improved recipe.

Our brewers have been fine-tuning the recipe and we are delighted with the result. Prophecy, brewed at 3.8% vol,  is what we like to call a New World Pale Ale. Created with hops from both sides of the Atlantic, including First Gold and Citra, Prophecy is a modern pale ale. With a fruity, yet pine-like aroma, a crisp light colour and a keen bitter finish, we hope that Prophecy will fulfil all of your expectations. Prophecy was named after Sulis Minerva, the goddess associated with the city of Bath, who possessed the powers of healing and prophecy.

A recent runner-up in the CAMRA Bristol Beer Festival, Prophecy is a perfect match for spicy dishes and also is great when paired with seafood. Now available on draught in pubs around our region. We hope you’ll love this one as much as we do.
