Welcome
to the pub
You’ll find The Salamander just
off Queen Square in the heart of the Georgian city of Bath.
Historically a ‘steak and chop house’, the premises
now consist of a wonderfully simple bar on the ground floor
and an impressive supper room complete with galley kitchen
upstairs.
Using the finest produce from local
suppliers, The Salamander is renowned for its imaginative
and varied menu. You can eat informally in the bar or, if
you’re enjoying a special occasion, upstairs in the
restaurant. |

The Salamander is down a tiny side
street in the centre of Bath, tucked between Queen Square
and Milsom Street. The Sally is an oasis of quality beer and
great food that’s easy to find but hard to forget.
