Did you know..?
“While I was in this small, friendly, well-kept pub, the barman actually had conversations with the customers, and popped back to me when he could see my glass getting empty. I haven’t seen a place like this in years. It might be the best pub in Bristol.”
Interior of The Bridge Exterior of The Bridge

A city-centre legend

In the heart of Bristol’s business
district, this is a pocket-sized pub with a vibrant, lively atmosphere. The Bridge is a free house, and you’ll find our full range of ales complemented by a great selection of other tipples that may well take your fancy.

With busy working folk (and their often short but oddly timed lunch breaks) in mind, food is available from 11.30am to 2.45pm. And, while you’ll find the service suitably quick, the pub is open all day long which is handy if you’ve a little longer to enjoy a break from the city rush.

Map to The Bridge

The Bridge is over the road from the central fire station, and to the rear of the ambulance station. Its convenient city-centre location is particularly handy when the emergency service you need is the pulling of a well deserved post-work pint.
