We cook 28 day dry aged, Hereford and Angus cross beef, free range pork and lamb from farms across Wiltshire, Devon andCornwall. We buy fresh fish daily from Cornwall and whenever possible British fruit and veg (weather permitting!)We source our fresh produce from local suppliers who love great food as much as we do! We continue to strive to serve the bestquality local and British produce and are passionate about supporting British farming and sustainable fishing. We care aboutknowing where the food comes from, how it is produced & making sure our menu is seasonal to use the ingredients at their best.We aim to stay honest to The Great British Pub.
