Bath Ales : Brewery tours

Not only does our brewery tour satisfy people's thirst for beer-brewing knowledge but, of course, it also satisfies their thirst for award-winning ales. And with the option of food at one of our pubs, it's a tour that gives taste buds a terrific treat.

It’s the tour with more

For groups of friends or colleagues, a brewery tour always proves to be an enjoyable and memorable occasion.

The tour starts between 6.30pm and 7.00pm and lasts about 1.5 hours. It includes a short talk on the history of Bath Ales, a guided tour of our brewery, an explanation of the raw ingredients and processes involved in brewing, and generous tasting of our beers.

Tours are by appointment only. They take place on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings, and are for groups of 12 to 25 people. Please note that transport is not provided, but we can recommend local taxi firms.

Hop to the shop

Visit our brewery shop for some tasty souvenirs of your tour. You'll find all of our ales, plus a range of other drinks including local ciders and a number of rather nice wines. Or, if you want to drop by another time, the shop is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to midday.
