We are an independent micro-brewery established in 1995. Our founders all come from a brewing background and have combined a complementary range of skills with a shared passion for real ale. Never a company to stand still, we've grown steadily and our brewery is now complemented by a new bottling plant and brewery shop.

About our brewery and brand new bottling plant

Since we began, we've managed to outgrow our premises on two occasions. We moved our brewery to its current location in 2004, and finally have the space to settle in for the long haul. Learn more...

That said, in order to establish our new bottling plant, we have recently taken on extra space just down the road. Being able to bottle our own ales gives us greater control over quality and supply, and also enables us to offer a bottling service to other breweries. Learn more...
