In brewing SPA, we use a Pale Lager malt (which gives the ale its delightful colour). The malt is complemented by a dwarf variety of hop which imparts SPA's distinct aroma and helps create a full flavoured, really satisfying bitter. Made with wheat and barley malt. 3.7% abv.
